| Mum (Mom) Chat Happy BnB Member  Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Beccles,Suffolk Posts: 1,358 | Im taking Gaviscon Advance and i was using the little measuring spoon to but i gave up coz i was fed up spilling it.So now i take 2 sips out of the bottle and make sure my pillows are puffed right up so im not laying completely flat other wise it will all come back up my food pipe.I was taking Peptac but i found that not to be as effective as Gaviscon and Gaviscon Advance is a little stronger and takes it away instantly  |
