Insane

I can't belive it i slept all day today OH got up for work and i rolled over which was at 7 i woke up a few times to use the washroom but never looked at the time i slept till 4 IN THE AFTERNOON. Latly ive been sleeping so much im always tired and its getting outta hand.....

Oh i hear you lol Im always as in EVERYDAY...sleeping in till like 3:30pm I dont get up to use the bathroom either not till i wake up..the ONLY time i wake up early is when i have a doc appt lol but when i get home from my appt I nap

I get up about 11am usually but i find it can get me down. I made an effort today and got up at 10am and went into town to do some shopping - feel so knackered now but was worth it!

I think part of it is the shorter days. I know I could sleep all day if I didn't have to work.
