For those taking iron

Do you find yourself extra naseaus? I've been ever since I started taken them, plus increased heartburn. Just wondering if anyone else has this.

I just get what I take with my prenatal vitamins. They never really make me feel that great, though.

I take iron tablets but i havent noticed that they make me feel sick though

I've taken them since before I was pregnant, so I don't know. I do know that I did not have heartburn or nausea before the pregnancy though.....

Nope....no nausea but I have had heartburn and never thought about the possible link with the iron tablets

I haven't had iron tablets but I've read that having the liquid form / the sachets can have less side effects - might be worth looking into x

Yes thats why i stopped taking them, turns out i wasnt low on iron anyway but i had them before i was preg and they didnt do that but when i had to carry on takin them at the start they made me feel ill and heartburn. Once i went off them it wasnt as bad they def did make me feel illl.

Im on them and I feel fine. There is a natural alternative but Im not sure of the name.
