its all stopped! as of about half hour ago! well grumpy on the ball gunna have a hot bath to see if it starts again

Sounds like your body is having a good old practice eh????

I've always started with contractions and then a BIG clearout a few hours before birth. My contractions have never been painful at 1st though luckily (coz they bloody were at the end).

I think it gets to the point where there is no denying that labour is happening - the contractions get really intense and you just can't sleep through them or think about much else. Good luck hunny, it sounds like your body is getting ready for the real thing soon!
