Pressure?

I was just curious if this was normal or not. Well Last night I had sex, Well afterwards I started having alot of pressure in my lower abdominal area, So after maybe 10 min I had alot of pressure in my bum. Well now Im just having pressure in my lower abdominal area again and its been like that for a couple hours. Is this normal? Im not worried or anything, I just wanna make sure it ok.

I get that too after a session! feels like everything is gonna fall out!
I think its pretty normal (same thing happened with previous two pregnancies!)

Yeah, my tummy gets all tense and tight after sex, it makes my belly feel crazy hard as well.

Also, ages ago, sex made my legs cramp up really badly during the act - that wasn't fun!

apparently your womb has a huge contraction when a woman reaches the big 'O' when not pregnant we dont feel it, but as the womb grows so does the contraction...its also been proved to be a big benefit to the baby as it delivers a large dose of oxygen and a rush of good hormones to babba, the contraction feeling can also last for a good few hours afterwards so i would say what you are feeling is pretty normal

Ive been feeling the pressure aswell but Ive not had sex since last weekend , Im assuming its my uterus expanding where Im gonna get bigger soon

I get rock hard tummy straight after, then for the next 24 hours or so, I feel really swollen and heavy down below. felt like this with all mine after sex from around 5 months. Think its pretty normal. xx
