Parking Spaces

Am I a bitch or what? I keep finding when running local errands that I feel entitled to a closer parking space! I drive around in the parking lots with my "bitch hat" on expecting everyone to be psychic. Can't they see my gianourmous baby bump next to my steering wheel? Then it seems as soon as I eye up a closer spot, somone grabs it! I then proceed to mutter a "WTF!" under my breath, grab the first next available spot and haul ass outta the car just to make sure that person see's that I'm pregnant(and maybe will perhaps feel guilty)! The ironic part is, I am NOT entitled to any special treatment-only in my mind I am. Parking further away and walking would actually do me good! Thanks for listening!

I think we should be officially allowed to park in parent child spots (only done it once) and there should be 'Pregnant Stick Women' painted on the floor of some bays.

I think I might break out the 'baby on board' sign early. I already have the car seat holder fitted and the sun visor in. So no-one need ever know, lol.

OH and I always take advantage of "Expectant Mother Parking". Nothing wrong with wanting to be a bit closer to the door!

I've been tempted by the parent parking spots... and now that we've (finally) put the baby seat in the back, it'll look legitimate.

One thing I've noticed about getting special treatment, is I've always made quick runs across busy roads when on foot - rather than waiting at the lights like a sensible person! - and since the belly has been really visible, people always stop and wait for me to cross... like I actually have right of way... which I absolutely dont!

And the other day I dropped all the coins out of my purse when I was shopping (oops!) and some guy stopped and picked them all up for me... awww... gone are the days where I'd assume that if a man does me a favour I think he thinks I'm hot

Thats what I said to my DH a few weeks back when I made him park there. I said we are parent and baby, it doesn't say the baby has to be born to park there!
