Swollen Ankles

Thought I was getting off nice and lightly with my pregnancy.... which I am....but have developed swollen ankles this week... yum yum! They're ok in the morning but by the end of the day they're like elephant legs. Not a good look!

Anyone have a miracle cure for this? I hoping stopping work will help.

Keep your feet elevated as much as possible. And bizarly the best thing for any water retention is to drink plenty of fluids, avoid caffinated drinks and duretics.

Finished on Friday

Doing everything else (not had caffeine in 12 months and have addiction to milk at the mo) but keeping my feet up. Looking forward to some of that next week

Helen, Your ticker MUST be wrong....Has time really flown by that quickly?

Ditto what the others have said, keep your legs higher than your heart.
