Its a cesarian support belt that has several different inserts, a paded one to offer support, a hard one to protect you if you have pets thet jump up at you, or a sheild from baby kicks, and hot and cold inserts to help healing and sooth. You can get them from loads of online places, I think blooming marvelous also stock them.

Not this specific item but I ordered a few things from that website incidently and was very impressed at how quickly everything arrived, especially as I had to cancell then re-place my order as I stuffed up my address.
