Honest though char, you look amazing. Is it tiring you out by working out so much or is it easier because you were already fit? I get tired from going for a walk. I feel so fat and frumpy but i'm trying to not let it get to me to much at the moment, my body is my daughters at the moment. But i think i'll keep more active with my next one... you just look fantastic
xxx | Don't get me wrong i have to really put my head into it to get to the gym in the first place, i always turn up feeling fatigued and groggy. But after sweating my arse off for an hour i always feel so so much better. I think if it didn't give me such an adrenaline rush and improve my energy levels. I wouldn't be so addicted.
Plus i'll often go for a swim after and that helps you feel refreshed.
I get out of breath easily but manage to push through it and that helps. I think it helps if you were fit beforehand but i would definately recommend any type of exercise to any pregnant lady, and its never too late to start exercising!.
I wanna see a picture??? pretty please xx |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I want to go swimming now but I'm not scaring anyone with my fat bits I've aquired. Just too uncomfortable with myself now. Might ask my nan about her pool. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | go swimming and do what i do, shove on your bikini, wrap yourself with a towel and then run to the pool, only dropping the towel as you jump for the water, that way no one sees your wobbly bits. xx |
