I am feeling so depressed

I woke up today crying!
No reason, it just hit me.

I havent been sleeping well at all.. I am tired all the time, and for the past week everytime I sit on bed bec my back hurts from sleeping on my left side, I wake up to my baby's movements, but today he didnt move and I started crying more.

Then I put on music and he moved and it made me feel better. But then when I closed my eyes I cried again

What's wrong with me? I am so anxious about everything and I was almost out of breathe yesterday.

I have an appointment today and I am nervous though I havent been since a long time. It just hit me today that there is not much left to have my baby in my arms and that I dont want anything bad to happen

i agree with the others aswell, its hormones that are playing havoc with us. Good luck at your apoointment, im sure everything is fine, they'll start getting a bit more frequent soon aswell so you won't have aslong to wait between.

Aww, . I've been doing a whole lot of crying too. Crying because I'm tired or sick like a little kid! I've also had anxiety attacks when it's all got too much for me where I can't breathe properly and end up on the verge of hyperventilating. But it's not long til your baby comes and then the hormones will all lift - hooray!

Like the others have said, it is totally normal. I started weeping the other evening because my OH said that I would not paint the nursery because he hadn't finished the skirting boards yet! I just started blubbing like a baby and I didn't know why! I had a similar epsiode at about 28 weeks to do with work as well - it's just hormones, nothing to worry about and you'll feel right as rain again in no time.

Aw, honey, it's jsut hormones and all the big emotional changes you are experiencing.

Rent some dvds/videos- ones that are guaranteed to make you laugh. The Rik- Mayall-as-Flashheart-in-Blackadder ones do it for me!

You'll be fine like the others said it's hormonal and you'll probably have more days like this before you see your babe. It's natural to worry about the baby. When you feel like having a good cry have one! Reallly let it all out. x
