| Antenatal classes
I know some of you have had trouble deciding whether to go or not and I just wanted to say that I've found mine very beneficial so far, and I'd recommend giving them a go.
- I'm doing a 2 day intensive course with the nct and although I'm about 10 years younger than everyone else I felt very included and welcome. My OH has found it very informative so far as he didn't really know what he was supposed to be thinking about/what his role is exactly/how he can help. We're one of 8 couples and most of the day was just chatting about things and listening to the course leader - my favourite part was definately when OH had to massage me, lol and watching the labour vids.
Picked up some good tips on things - like perineal massage and ways to make sure that bubs is in a good position before labour.
