Today I felt a couple of times a pinch kindda feeling like twinge in my lower belly. It feels as if someone touched me with a needle once and that's it.

I started massaging the area, but when I moved again or something it happened again.

What could that be? something to worry about? Baby is moving as always.

Not really sure hun, but I still get all kinds of twinges, especially if I stand up quick, or make a sudden movement. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, prob just the ligaments stretching and getting ready. Perhaps mention it to your midwife/doctor on your next visit, just for reassurance.
