I've got a whopper too!

Just had second to last appointment yesterday (36+5) before my procedure on the 30th September.

I already knew bubs was big, but...

Marcella, my Obstetric Surgeon said he is at least 8 lbs and probably more like 9lbs. 9 POUNDS!!! I am only 5'4".

Can you imagine how big he would be if I had to carry him to term (natural due date is October 13), or even if he was a week or two late?!!!

Oh my goodness! The same thing happened to me! I as 36 weeks when the U/S tech told my that I had a 9 pound baby...I had a scheduled c/s at 38 weeks and my baby was a 10 pounder!!!!!!!!! Atleast you're having a c/s...I had to have a c/s because of "excessive fetal growth" and I had no progress. A big baby is a healthy baby...so good job at making your little one so healthy!

I was a 9 pounder, but my friend who is small like you had a 12 POUND BABY. He looked like a toddler when he came out, lol. She obv. had a c-section.

The funny thing is I am 6 ft tall and I am having a smaller baby (THANK GOD!!)

Wow!! That's a big one! My OB says that big babies are healthier and happier, sleep better, etc., so that's a good thing
