From about 24 weeks I think. Then the number of centimetres from your pubic bone to the top of your uterus is supposed to be roughly the same as the number of weeks you are pregnant. I think they allow for a couple of cm's either way though.
Don't think it's that accurate, as mine's always been over! lol At 32 weeks I measured up at 38cm!

I started at 28wks too, it is supposed to measure (like violet said) around the weeks you are.

Mine has always been under for 3 midwife appoinments I was 31cm (up 2 38wks) and now I am measuring 33cm at 39wks... so LO is a bit on the small side but Ok at the same time.

Im not sure if its that accurate (well hasn't really been for me) coz if you are below or even over they tend to send you for a growth scan and then tell you everything is ok.... or is this just me.

xx

I got measured for the first time at 28wks.

Generallly the measurement is the same as the number of weeks that you are.

I measured at 28.5cm and was 28wks and 4 days.

I got checked from 28 weeks also. My baby was measuring big all the time right up until my 39 week appointment. He was born weighing 6lb 15 so its not very accurate at all.
