I'm Currently Feeling: | When can i start? When can i start trying to induce labour myself? You know doing all the silly things like , going for a long walk, eating spicy foods. Its okay to start now isnt it, because nothing will happen unless its ready to right?
A friend of a friend went sprinting across a field and that night went into labour! I want to do this cos i want to meet bubba now!! hehe.
Has any of these methods worked for anyone?

I do agree though, don't start yet, 37-38weeks and you know baby is full term. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm ready to start now .
You can start on raspberry leaf tea and evening primrose before, but i would leave the long walks, curries, pineapple and sex until a bit closer to your due date. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've started the raspberry leaf and the EPO - I'm rocking on my birth ball when I get my BH's to help baby get into optimum position. I have told hubby that I'll be expecting from tomorrow onwards and then next monday I really kick it up a notch...
