When can i start?

When can i start trying to induce labour myself? You know doing all the silly things like , going for a long walk, eating spicy foods. Its okay to start now isnt it, because nothing will happen unless its ready to right?

A friend of a friend went sprinting across a field and that night went into labour! I want to do this cos i want to meet bubba now!! hehe.

Has any of these methods worked for anyone?

xxx

You say that now, wait til you hit 36 weeks, you'll be as eager as the rest of us lol

I do agree though, don't start yet, 37-38weeks and you know baby is full term.

I'm ready to start now .

You can start on raspberry leaf tea and evening primrose before, but i would leave the long walks, curries, pineapple and sex until a bit closer to your due date.

The ,pineapple, long walks and such wait till you're full term,as for Raspberry leaf tablets you can definitely start even sooner...

I've started the raspberry leaf and the EPO - I'm rocking on my birth ball when I get my BH's to help baby get into optimum position. I have told hubby that I'll be expecting from tomorrow onwards and then next monday I really kick it up a notch...
