| I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion ect. but i would be a little offended if my friend said that to me. I like the colour your nursery already is whether you have a boy or girl! as you say.. baby wont even notice at first anyway and when you want you can change the nursery theme and colours to suit your baby. Dont let her paint it 'stone' !! Its your home and your baby! |

I'd have been offended too! If you were planning to paint the nursery anyway and she offered to help then fine...but how rude!!! It looks lovely as it is x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Did they know you liked the lilac color?? That is a bit rude I suppose if they knew you liked the color already. And kind of weird that they would offer a color idea without asking you what color youd like! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Yeah, if she'd said would it help if we came and decorated that would be one thing but to suggest the colour is a bit off! Personally I find the eternity of beige as the 'new neutral' a bit boring! |

| I would be offended if a friend said that to me, that she wanted to paint the nursery just because she didn't like the present colour! I think you have every right to feel peed off by what she said. |

I don't think you were over-reacting at all Kat, and the room looks fine as it is.
