Ok so we all know that getting closer to the birth we need to go pee like 20 times a day but 3 of these times I've had what everyone seem to think a show.

Same old snotty stringy blobby creamy yellow stuff everytime but more and more comes out...but not bloody or anything and i've checked quite a lot of people it doesn't have to be.

Just had a bath and I'm not sure what the chances are of my water breaking in the bath but knowing my luck i would be the one to do it...
I was laying back and my bump went REALLY tight, tighter than i've felt it before did hurt a little bit. Then I felt some sort of movement 'down there' like a ripple sort of feeling. Not sure if it is my waters but at the moment put a pad on just to see if i'm gonna leak any.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or just what you think of it really

By the way I had a sweep on friday and I'm overdue a week.

And to make some of you laugh OH was in the bath with me at the time
I've never seen him get out so fast and have a shower at the speed he was going At least he got some of the 'joys of pregnancy'!!

Could be your mucous plug... your waters will be watery and possibly some blood if you are going into labour.

well today i had a very weird show! it wasnt snotty (i have had a small snotty plug afew times and 1 with blood in) but today i got up in the morning for another wee lol went back to bed n felt "wet" tmi i thought it was horrible discharge i wiped n it was bright red blood it wasnt snotty or anything just blood n i was told that was my plug!

so sounds to me like ur getting there. call hospital n say u think ur waters have gone just incase

I think the plug can come out like anything lol all sorts of colours!! lol I think it really depends plus when i had my sweep done I didn't have any blood come out at all.

ur plug can fall out in little bits when u go loo and can fall out weeks before labour!

i think its best to call hospital just incase

i had bloodyshows 2 days before i had abby and it wasn`t snotty

I thought I had my show this morn but was like normal discharge just lot more thick and lots of it?! Yuk!

LMAO! Your OH sounds thrilled at his experience. If you are in any doubt at all then give your MW a ring, especially as you are overdue. The tightening could be superficial but it could be your body going into slow labour. If it only hurt a little bit and has not really happened on a regular basis then it is doubtful to be contractions.

I hope these are all good signs and you are on your way to meeting your new baby xxxxx
