I'm Currently Feeling:  | My mw told me that bh push the baby down, so to get on the ball when they get painful to help the baby down. |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | If you sit on a ball it opens the pelvis and lets the baby descend. Think gravity plays a part aswell. |
