I'm Currently Feeling:  | I drink one coffee each morning and that is it. Before I ever started drinking coffee I would get really bad migrains constantly, and once I started drinking it they went away for the most part (except for the odd one)... I attempted to cut coffee out when I first found out but felt too shitty, so I limit myself to one small one a day in the morning. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | MMMMMMMMM..... i love starbucks and there is not one in Holland.
Before i was pregnant i was also a big coffee drinker , it just relaxes me so much. I also love Coca coca.
When i was found out i was pregnant i also stopped it all , i actually got a few headaches as i just stopped my caffiene in take.
Anyway i also tried de-caff which when i m not pregnant i can drink but i just had one this morning and makes me feel abit groggy.
So i must admit the last weeks i have been allowing myself to maximum of three cappacino (small ) a week and also 3 of the cherrycola little bottles. I cannot help it , that and italian salad is my craving at the moment.
I think as long as you keep it on small amounts it'll be fine. |

I'm Currently Feeling:  | I never liked coffee before but i loooved tea and now i cant stand it  i spent hours drinking tea and now i dont know what to do with myself

I do half-caff when I make coffee. Except when I have a nice capp - I like them full fat and full caffeine! |

| i used to be a big coffee drinker ! but after about 8 weeks pregnant i went off it compleatly, every now and again i try and drink one but it just makes me feel sick and i no longer love it!! mabe once shes out ill be back drinking it again? |

Ive limited myself to one trip there a week as a treat. Normally im a big hot drink person but seeings as its warmer weather its kinda helped me to not drink so much!! |
