Physio diagnosed me with SPD

Hi girls,

Well I kind of knew I had it anyway since about 14 weeks but it's been getting so bad and my hips and back too even turning over in bed and getting in and out of car as been excruciating (sp?)

Spoke to my MW and she was just like "just the aches and pains of pregnancy", kept getting worse and my pubic bone started hurting too so went to GP who finally referred me to physio, who I saw this morning and she was excellent - so thorough and helpful, did loads of movement tests, got me a belt and finally told me that I had what I thought I had. She gave me some exercises to try and strengthen my hips to give me some more stability too. Seeing her in 2-3 weeks if still bad....

Glad someone has listened. I have a belt and have found it useful. I've had hardly any pain today so it looks like my LO has changed position for the day. Bet it will be twice as bad tomorrow!
