ya you need to eat and drink... even if you feel sick, if not you can spike ketone levels and have dehydration which can cause fetal distress.

Well im awake and managed to crawl out of bed still feel rough! i had some dry crackers before i went to bed last night and some toast this morning!! going for a bath now to see how i feel after that!!

Well i have been feeling ill for 4 days now and although i havent got any better i havent got any worse!! i tried to get a GP appoinment but they are fully booked called DAU who put me through to the labour ward who told me that I didnt need to see them and to try my GP again well since typing this i managed to get an emergency appointment with my GP im just fed up of feeling like this!!

Our GP surgery is rubbish! Hope you feel better soon sounds awful. Is it the bug thats going round? Meant to be like a cold without the snotty bits and you just feel really ill. My sister and mum have it.

the receptionist are a happy bunch arent they, I dunno what it is ill do anything to feel normal (well as normal as you can while being pregnant) sorry again for cancelling our starbucks outing!!
