I'm Currently Feeling: | Finally someone listened to me hey gurls
as some of you may know i have been suffering with SPD for a lil while now and every time i asked for help they just gave me paracetemol and basically told me to get on with it. Well today i saw my midwife and i told her how much pain i was in and how i can hardly walk sometimes and she has reffered me to physio . Finally someone taking me seriously. Lets hope it helps

I'm Currently Feeling: | I've got myself a support belt from mothercare for £10. I don't wear it everyday but on bad days it really helps.
I found my doctors useless aswell. It was my midwife that referred me for physio.
Hope you feel better soon xx |

I'm Currently Feeling: | My consultant referred me to physio, and it didn't help me much because my spd was on the severe side but pelvic partnership are a good website and a pelvic belt is great support, I found it better then crutches |
