Finally someone listened to me

hey gurls

as some of you may know i have been suffering with SPD for a lil while now and every time i asked for help they just gave me paracetemol and basically told me to get on with it. Well today i saw my midwife and i told her how much pain i was in and how i can hardly walk sometimes and she has reffered me to physio . Finally someone taking me seriously. Lets hope it helps
xx

I've got myself a support belt from mothercare for £10. I don't wear it everyday but on bad days it really helps.

I found my doctors useless aswell. It was my midwife that referred me for physio.

Hope you feel better soon xx

My consultant referred me to physio, and it didn't help me much because my spd was on the severe side but pelvic partnership are a good website and a pelvic belt is great support, I found it better then crutches
