I need to see a physio for the same reason but can't afford to

Thats great news hun, so glad someone is finally listening to you. If you are in a group session though hang back after to speak to the person taking it and explain to her how sever your symptoms are or they'll just prattle on about bad posture and the correct way to sleep.

Well done for persisting.. Bugs me so much when they tell you to take paracetamol all the time.. does paracetamol actually work for anything???!!

Aw hunni im so happy for you. I was lucky and they listened to me first time because of me history, so i cant imagine trying to tell them and being fobbed off.

Hopefully the physio will ease it a bit XxxX
