So, some of you followed my thread from last week, when I had an awful midwife appointment and subsequently put in a complaint.
well, the Head Of Midwifery is coming to my house in an hour to discuss the complaint.
I'm a bit nervous about what's going to happen. My manager will be here (we have known each other for 15 years and she was there when the midwife co-ordinator called me and made everything even worse!!), so at least I'll have some support.
Will update you all as to what happens!!! |
