Chewing gum has been a big help to me cos I find if I take alot of gaviscon it just undoes the effects (appearantly your body needs to have a certain amount of that acid and if it ALL disappears your body just keeps creating more) so if you have some gum i'd advice that. Hope you feel better soon hun!

Normal rennies girls come on have you tried the remegels they are amazing taste just like softmints, and work really well if we had all known heartburn was oing to be this bad we should have bought shares in gaviscon and rennie we'd be rich had my last remgel today so if I get anymore heartburn tonite it will have to be milk.
