I'm Currently Feeling: | Am I the only one not getting a Moses basket? The OH and I have decided not to get a Moses basket & just put her in her cot in the nursery straight away. We obviously will be getting a good monitor though. This is what my sister has done with her 2 and what our mothers did with us (and there weren't even baby monitors in those day!). But I'm beginning to feel like I'm the only one who won't be keeping there baby in the same room in a Moses basket. I had one woman look at me in horror when we said we weren't buying one!
So what's everyone else doing? Are you all having baby with you in your room in a moses basket? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | We have our cot in our room and the plan is to put her straight into her cot.
We were given a moses basket which we have just incase plans change. As everyone knows that happens rather a lot with babies. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I have the nursery all ready for her BUT yes,she will be sleeping in my room in a moses basket for a while...
The thing about a moses basket is that I can move it around and she can nap in the living room because her nursery is upstairs and if she wakes up/starts crying and I'm downstairs I have to climb up which just adds to the extra exhaustion etc.
Plus, for the first few weeks till i establish a routine it would be much better if she's right there next to me and I don't have to tap in the dark just awaken to her room... |

It'll be more around May onwards when we get to move. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hannah went straight into her crib (and honestly I don't think she'd have gotten much use out of a moses basket as she was a pretty good size baby at birth ) |
