But I'm beginning to feel like I'm the only one who won't be keeping there baby in the same room in a Moses basket. I had one woman look at me in horror when we said we weren't buying one!
So what's everyone else doing? Are you all having baby with you in your room in a moses basket?
Can you squeeze the cot in your room somewhere? Mine is a real tight fit and means I have to climb over hubby to go to loo but just prefer baby in my room for ease of feeding and peace of mind too, also coz of the FSID recommedations too. I never bother with a moses basket and when someone did lend me one, I only used it downstairs.

Do what's right for you babe

We aren't having a moses basket but our baby will be in our room but only because we only have 2 bedrooms and our son is in the other one.

You need to do what you think is best for you and your baby and ignore everyone else.
