Heyaaaa! I'm having mine on the 21st of Sept. My mom/sister/aunt are throwing it, but they ask for my approval on every decision they make so I'm pretty much planning it too!!
I have an idea for you! My aunt showed me this last night. We're getting enough material to cut into squares *8 inch squares*, and getting everyone to write a message to the baby at my shower in Crayola(has to be Crayola, apparently) crayons. Then after the showers over, you put the pieces over a piece of paper(with the drawing face down) and iron over it, so all the wax burns off into the paper. Then you have all kinds of squares to sew into a quilt! Crayon quilt!! I'm getting everyone at my shower to do it, or to trace their handprint and when shes born i'll put her's in the middle

I'm mov ing to the other side of the country in about 3 weeks, and don;t really know anyone where I'm going to be. And it;s a bit far to ask family and friends to travel. I'm having 'leaving drinks' with people from work, but not really the same thing.
