the mw told me if it's BH's then take 2 paracetomol and have a warm bath. If it eases the pain then it's BH and if it doesn't touch it its contractions. I've not experinced any yet so can't tell u if it's true but might be worth a try
Ooo thanks! Is it ok to take paracetamols now? I know there was a certain time when you couldn't take them. Don't know when that is so I avoided them all together. I keep forgetting to ask my MW about it aswell
