Birthing ball positions

Does anyone know the best thing to do on the birthing ball when your overdue ??

my midwife just said rock (forward & back and side to side). I've been sitting on my gym ball all pregnancy and its not made a blind bit of difference to be honest! lol

I found the ideal way to use the ball earlier.. IT WAS ACE !!!!

I put VH1 on, and that Kid Rock song came on... All Summer Long (?)

It is sooooo good to bounce to, I was giving it all the arms and everything
