I'm Currently Feeling: | Still here... anything I can do to speed up dilation? I got my hopes up so much because the midwife seemed to think I will have LO today but nothing seems to be progressing!!
I was 2cm, nearly 3cm dilated last night and mw said she expects me to be in established labour by early hours of the morning. Now my niggles are still strong, no actual contractions though (same as my mum) and are increasing in intensity but I dont feel like im progressing. Ive been for a really long walk and have been bouncing on a birthing ball. Oh and drinking raspberry leaf tea. Ive got pains high up in my lady bits now but not sure if this is normal! lol
Any suggestions? Can you be 2 - 3cm dilated for a few days or more or should things be happening by now?

I'm Currently Feeling: | Have just googled 3 cm dilated, how long until established labour and some people have said it could still be a matter of weeks!
WTF?! Please be wrong! That will teach me for googling! |
