I'm Currently Feeling: | So glad I never noticed. Today my stepdaughter and I did a big grocery shop. Obviously she's pretty observant as she told me that there were many people staring at my belly. Hello? Has no one seen a pregnant woman before?
Usually, I have tunnel vision and forge ahead with my errand so I've never noticed others looking at me. TBH, I am glad I didn't because I would probably have avoided going out. LOL
Then I had to go out to the store later on and a guy in his late 20's makes a comment. "Looks like you're ready to pop." It was actually nice to say..."yeah, in a few more days!" Thank goodness I wasn't just 6 months pregnant or I wouldn't have replied so nicely. |

| I have noticed that people are staring at my stomach and it does actually make me self-conscious. One day while I was waiting for some chinese food this lady was sitting next to me talking to her husband about how she felt bad for me as when she got "that pregnant" she never left her house as she worried what people would think of her. I prefer not to go out too much anymore and be a side show. I did notice when my friend who I hadn't seen in a while talked with me and purposely looked me in the eye the entire time instead of staring at my belly, which was so nice for a change. I feel like defending myself when people stare or say "there must be twins in there" and tell them "I've only gained 23 pounds!" lol. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | It makes me paranoid when people stare at my bump.. i've always been self conscious though.
A lady commented today asking how long i had left, and when I said 5 weeks, she said looks like it'll be 2 weeks not exactly the comment I wanted |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Well you would have thought it was something out of the norm the way some people stare.
Maybe we should start wearing signs with how far gone we are. "yes I am pregnant with two weeks to go" added with "not that it's any of your business, so stop starring at me" |
