ive not done this but often wondered about it....but if we have to include squirms and little wriggle then man i get like 10 in hour period easily sumtimes lol.....wud that mean i dont count till the next 4 hours again...xx

I'm Currently Feeling: 


This is my first pregnancy so i'm not sure what i should be expecting - MW hasn't said anything bout counting kicks but has mentioned that LO is very active whenever i have appointments..

i counted my LO's kicks and wriggles this morning - had nothing better to do since our internet broke :*( . Since 4.30am my LO has moved 107 times - apparently it can't get comfortable today..

If this LO wriggles as much once it's born changing nappies are going to be fun xx

I think you are supposed to start from around 28 weeks.

As for kick counts - you do seem to read different things in different books. My midwife said that it should be 10 in a 24 hour period but I am not sure.

I just keep reading about doing kick counts so I figured I was supposed to! hah

Yea im also there so long as i feel bean moving at some point during the day then all is good. I also dont get any kicks just spinning really is a very quiet baby
