My right hip is killing me abit pointless

my right hip has always given me problems since I had a car crash but the last few days it has stiffened up sooooooooooo much and Im just waiting for the big crack that will relieve the pressure so I can walk again maybe because bubs is so low down its shifted it. wheres hubby I need an ass massage and quick
