Hi everyone just a quick one i just got back from shopping and was trying to think of a nice pressie that i could give to Dh for after our lo arrives i've got him a card but wanted to get him a little keep sake so have been hunting round for a daddy key ring or something but have had no luck.I normally get him the little cards that go inside his wallet from me but couldn't even see one of them. I'm getting my OH an ID bracelet engraved with "Today you became a daddy" on it, then after her birth when I get time i'll go back and get the date she was born engraved on it as well. I wanted something that will last his lifetime.

In mothercare they use to do some nice things(not sure if they still do as i havent been in there for a few weeks but they should do) they have mouse mats and mugs and things like that with I love my daddy or words about being a daddy on them if you want something more special if you was to look on ebay you can get personalised Tshirts and lots of nice things like they do alot of personalised stuff making it that extra bit more special or maybe you could even find somewhere that could print a picture of him and the new baby on a Tshirt or a canvas with the words Im a daddy or something like that maybe even a little poem or personal message? I hope this helps and let us know what you eventually decide on

Im not getting him anything, havent with the others and im not with this one, lol.
I might get him a bit of something, but never thought of it before.
Im getting the kids something, a pressy from the baby, makes it a bit easier for them to accept it.

Good ideas! I have been trying to think of a little something I could get my OH... Although I think the whole experience is something he will never forget anyways.

Those are really nice ideas - I've been trying to think of something or find something for ages but nothing's right. Dunno if I'll end up getting him anything at all or not?

DH can be a little strange with things like this, He wouldn't let me even get him a fathers day card from bump. I would love to get him something but can just imagine his reaction hehe
