That's a great tip. I had to wear 4 pads at a time last time, seriously. It was like wearing nappies!

How long do we generally bleed for after the birth? I have heard it can be up to 4 weeks!!! second mortgage required for sanitary towels !! oh joy

That's defo a good tip -

i have a second tip for those women planning to breast feed - my midwife and several mums have sworn by this even though it sounds weird!

If you wear savvoy cabbage leaves in your bra - i guess like breast pads - they contain some really funky enzyme that stops your nipples cracking or getting sore..

Apparently it works much better than the creams, not going to effect the LO and is cheaper too..

tenna lady pants and cabbage in my bra... i'm pretty sure they missed this whole section out when they taught us sex ed. at school!
