| sorry another rasberry leaf tea thread! Iv noticed theres been a few recently
Just wondering how much to have? How many cups a day? Can you have too much of it ?
Im quite surprised I actually dont mind it either, I thought id be waiting for it to cool and downing it in one lol.
well I can officially have my baby at home from today, as they will only allow it form 37 weeks, so iv decided to try everything I can to get her out, rasberry leaf tea, sex on the cards tonight, walked round town (although i didnt last very long, SPD doesnt help that one!) and my dads taking us for a curry tommorow (which is just a coincidence) so Im gonna make it a hot one!
What else is there ? other than cod liver oil ? not going down that road! xxxx |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I think at your stage you can have about 4 cups a day! Could try Evening Primrose Oil capsules as well to soften the cervix? Good luck... and may I say what a good choice of name lol! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | They've told me that it should be from 34 weeks, then you have one cup, then slowly upping the dosage.
At your stage 3,4 cups a day... |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I took the tablet form of RLT. Started with 2 aday from 32wks, 3 aday from 35wks, 4aday at 37wks and my LO arrived at 38wks otherwise i would have upped them to 6 a day.
I actually read that you can take it while TTC (stop when your ovulating till you get your next cycle or bfp) Take it all the way through pregnancy and a few weeks after birth as it helps the bleeding & uterus tone up.
I had a quick labour, no tears and the MW said it was cos of the RLT.
Good luck!! |

| Old wives tales??? I drank raspberry leaf tea until it came out my ears - I had curries, hot baths, the works!!!! None of these things did the trick i was 6 days overdue when she came - so not too bad but every day felt like a month at the time!!
I had actually been shopping that day and think maybe all the walking started me off??? Not sure though, i reckon they just come when they are good and ready!
Good luck with everything, she will be in your arms before you know it.
