I'm Currently Feeling: | God if i saw my midwife again i would throttle her for not sending me for GTT and not detecting my gestational diabetes veen though i had +1's and a diabetic bro and dad!
I would also throttle the 5 midwives who examined me and said....yeah head is down and well engaged!!
6cm and ooops its a breach!! WTF! sorry just ranting lol im not really psycho but it does get to me! |

Same as they're not meant to advise friends outside of workplace. | i dont think so as they help with many differnt thing understanding our notes , ect there is a lot off stuff you forget to ask when you are there aswell . |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Yea i can c both points of view. They could explain things that are in our notes that we've come away and thought about after and been like eh? but then as a medical view she'd probably be strung up. She'd only ever be able to give general advice probably no more than we give each other anyway. She'd also be inindated with questions all the time! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Well other pregnant women can offer a view on general stuff.
Truth is a MW couldn't offer advice from sitting behind a computer because she wouldn't know the full facts and situation. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Dont know if i would want to listen to a 'midwife' advice from behind a computer anyway. I know we all give advice but we know thats its just general advice and if your really concerned to ring and go see your midwife. Where as if a professionll told me something online, it might cause more worry without actually knowing everything about me XxX |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I wouldn't trust a medical view from a MW online purely because they could be lying about even being qualified. And don't say "she could post ID". Because that is just foolish scanning in your NHS ID card for all to steal. |
