| I guess breastpads, lansinoh (nipple cream) midwife recommended this but also remember to use a bit of your milk to moisturise your nipple too as this helps also. Breast pump if you want to express and do breast and bottle with your breastmilk if you do then you need sterliser, bottles etc. Nursing bras. Remember something easy to wear and open for breastfeeding in hospital I brought some fab front opening pyjamas from primark on Saturday and they were £4!! bargain! |
