I'm Currently Feeling: | leg cramps! I must have woke up 10 times last night with leg cramps! They are so painful!
I also have been having alot of pain and trouble with the sciatica nerve last few nights at work i've ended up being barely able to walk halfway through!
I feel so useless as I wasn't even doing alot with the patient group I was assigned... |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Bless you hun. Lucky for me ive not suffered with leg cramps but know people who have and its really not nice.
Have you had your sciatica nerve checked out? Is there not some sort of medication or support belt they can give you?
You are not useless, so please dont feel like that |

| Aww I had this aswell. I had a leg cramp on one leg one night and in a matter of 2-3 days had a leg cramp in the other leg too! I was just getting over the pain of one and the other kicks up! Its soooo annoying and just sooo hard to walk on. I also had a bout of sciatica last week- so i know how you feel!! Its just all round painful. Bed rest will sort that out- rest as much as possible to recover. Hope you feel better soon. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Sciatica runs in my family and ever so kindly for me it kicked in when I fell pregnant...
Also woke up with the leg cramps during the night, the first time it happened I was writhing around shouting for the OH to do something lol...
When it happens now, if you can yourself or get your OH to pull your toes up over, it stretches the muscle immediately and works wonders for me. (As long as you catch it quick enough).
Its like :- *cramp* *grab toes* *pull up* done.
Give it a shot |

I'm Currently Feeling: | My Mw said the restless legs thing can sometimes be linked to lack of iron. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Lack of potassium causes this. I used to wake up with leg cramps in the middle of the night a lot before I got pregnant, I was advised to eat a banana before I go to bed. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I know leg cramping is common in pregnancy, but I'm getting it in my back!! It runs down the right side of apine and is really deep. I can't gt to the muscle it's affecting and never know which position I need to be in to stretch it out!! It is sooooo painful and knocks me sick when it happens!!! |
