I'm Currently Feeling:  | Off to Hospital today... Maybe too much info
Just rang my Midwife there (Alison)...
I've been having problems for a few days, lots of agonising pains around the tummy... The type you get when you instantly feel sick to your stomach - that's the only way I can describe them... Also pains that I can only describe as being "right inside", if you get me. A change in discharge too...
So anyway, I'd gave it a few days to settle down incase it was just something silly like wind or what have you, and besides it was a weekend so I didn't wanna to ring her in her time off, I'm nice like that.
She had told me just to call my Doctors and tell them to book me in with her tomorrow, then she asked what was wrong and she said I had better take myself up to the AnteNatal Assessment Suite at the Hospital... She says I have to ask to see a Midwife and they'll take swabs etc...
The other half is playing Squash this morning at 11am so I've told him to go and play that for an hour then we'll head up, I'm so kind (sometimes)...
So we shall see what comes of it, may well just be an infection, I had one earlier on in the pregnancy and I wasn't convinced at all that it had been treated sufficiently (I had a different Midwife at that time, she was useless). |

I'm not really worried about it to be honest. If its an infection it'll be treated and if its something else, well its out of my control isn't it...
