hey guys Ive felt rough all day and I couldnt put my finger on why I started to get lower back pain a few hours ago Ive had a warm shower and put a hot wattie bottle on it little bit of relief but not much Ive also had braxton hicks all night they arent really that painful but I know there happening not timing them because Im sure Ill know when Im getting real contractions. Havent lost my plug yet or anything like that.

so girlies will I know when they turn to real contractions or can they be dull aches in early labour

The only way to know really is to time them. I have had really strong braxton hicks, but I know they are bh cause the timing is so random.
Sit down for an hour or so, watch in hand, and see if there is a regular pattern.
I am expecting bubba #3 and the BH's still fool me sometimes unless I check my watch!

i no how u feel,ive been the same as u for bout a week but last nite had it all reli bad, worst nite ever lol i actually thought i was in labour cuz all felt regular but no such luck, i think best way is too time it and if u feel pain getting wrse and it carrys on then contact ur mw. good luck hunni xxx
