We haven't found out and don't plan to. We are so excited about our little surprise and not knowing just adds a little something to it. Like someone said earlier - it's like sneaking a peek at your presents before christmas!!
Stay strong babes and do want you both want to do - no one else!!!

I havent found out, I have just a little over 3 weeks to go and I'm pretty happy that I didnt find out. I feel like it will prob be something that will get me thru the pushing stage because my need to know is so great. Lol.

Also picking out names has been fun. All my family and friends are driven mad trying to guess. I also feel like I've spent less money on things that LO prob wont ever wear because all I hear from any friends that did find out is about how muc stuff they bought for newborns of that gender and how quickly they grow. All in all Im pretty happy with my decision, but for lotsa people it can be great to find out. Just depends on preference.

We decided to find out, cuz I don't have a relationship with my own mother, so she's not been around or anything for any advice on what to get or do ... So we decided if we found out it'd help us out that little bit more so we knew in which direction we were heading... In some ways I do envy those that are going to have that amazing surprise at the end... But I'm sure it'll still be lovely.

We've not found out and we both love the fact that we don't know. People are always asking us if we 'know what we're having' but when we say no, they seem to make out we've done the 'best thing' by not finding out which is weird because it seems to me these days that almost everyone finds out at 20 weeks. Totally down to personal preference I guess, but even if we have a second (Fingers crossed) we don't want/need to know the sex in advance.

You do what feels best for you! x

I know what you mean - seems like everyone these days wants to find out. My husband and I couldn't agree on whether or not to find out at first - I wanted to and he didn't, then I didn't and he wanted to. In the end we decided not to and I'm really glad we didn't - I can't wait for the surprise on the day. I'm convinced I'm having a girl anyway and I don't really care about picking boys names out - will be interesting to see if I'm right. I don't think you're weird for not wanting to find out at all! x

I'm still a proud member of TEAM YELLOW, although that's not to say I haven't been tempted to find out. The way I see it is that this is my 1st baby, and I know it may sound cliched, but as long as it's healthy , I really don't mind either way, boy or girl.
However, I have had an instinct most of the pregnancy that it's a little boy. Not too much longer to wait till I find out now!

We have decided not to find out. For us we thought it would make it that little bit more special for us hacing a complete suprise and adds to the suspense to seeing them.

Although at the 2nd scan I was tempted to find out but glad that we didn't. xx

I think it's kinda normal to be a little tempted. At my last scan I said to mum 'I think I might wan to find out' she didnt say anything, she just left me go in there and do what I had to do. And when it came down to it... it was easier not to ask, strangely enough! I think sometimes though even the dreams you have about the gender can help get ya through it if your ever tempted to find out!
