I'm Currently Feeling: | Sounds like a bug. Just make sure you're drinking plenty of water so you don't dehydrate. As for bunging yourself up... it's best to let nature run it's course, so to speak!!! Dire-rear (can't spell it) is your bods way of ridding it of the infection which caused the upset in the first place.
Hope you feel better soon |

| I had this pretty bad last week. Our systems are much more vulnerable to bacteria and viruses right now, so watch out what and where you eat.
If it stays runny for much longer, call your doctor and have them give you safe medicine to take and something to deal with the dehydration. It's hard enough being pregnant, you don't need to be feeling lousy for diarrhea, too!
Hope you'll feel better soon |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Just keep drinking. You can take Diarlite, which help to re-hydrate your body when you have had an upset tummy. I would try and let nature run it's course if you can. x |
