I have been suffering from the runs for the last 24 hours now. There is no pain or cramps im just very loose.

Do you think its a bug or does anyone know anything that will bung me up ???

Sounds like a bug. Just make sure you're drinking plenty of water so you don't dehydrate. As for bunging yourself up... it's best to let nature run it's course, so to speak!!! Dire-rear (can't spell it) is your bods way of ridding it of the infection which caused the upset in the first place.
Hope you feel better soon

I had this pretty bad last week. Our systems are much more vulnerable to bacteria and viruses right now, so watch out what and where you eat.

If it stays runny for much longer, call your doctor and have them give you safe medicine to take and something to deal with the dehydration. It's hard enough being pregnant, you don't need to be feeling lousy for diarrhea, too!

Hope you'll feel better soon

Ive just commented on that too!! I really dont think you can put it down to that!!
Fruit or anything can do this too your bowels!! And as I said on the other thread it can be one of those things!!

The other thread is about listeria, not bowel troubles!! And its not going to be any type of food poisioning cos your not being sick!!

Just keep drinking. You can take Diarlite, which help to re-hydrate your body when you have had an upset tummy. I would try and let nature run it's course if you can. x
