I want to sleep ALL NIGHT !!!

I haven't slept for a whole night for about 2 weeks now. I'm up about 4 times a night, At Least, nearly throwing up with heartburn, and needing an egg cup sized piddle which I'm dying for !!! Not to mention the fact that my SPD has returned in the last few days, and I'm in so much pain trying to get comfortable, let alone get in and out of the bed.

I got up for about my third time last night, and as I stood up, even my Hubby heard the crack of my pelvic joint OUCH !!!!!!

Looks like crutches may be back on the cards.... especially if she turns head down in the next few weeks!!!!

Rant over....... Sorry

Aww poor you. It is so frustrating when you can't get a decent sleep, and must be 10 times worse with your SPD. Hope things get a bit better for you soon hun.

Thanks. I know I shouldn't complain too much... I have been let off the SPD for ages now, which is really lucky. But I'm so tetchy all the time with the kids, and I can't seem to get myself as organised as I want coz I'm so tired. And there are so many little bits that I still need to get done

Awwwww hun. Sounds awful. I agree with the peeing though!!

I only get HB when I bend over, so I feel for you, that must be horrid.

Tried a hot bath before bed to loosen the joints? I had to do it for years with my arthritis.

Doesn't sound nice at all hun, I hope you get a nights sleep soon xx

I'm with ya sister!! I must get half an hour max at time

Although I havent had the issue with peeing (yet) I think my pelvis must be starting to go a bit too....finding getting in and out of bed and the car pretty sore but I cant complain coz I dont think I'll be on crutches. Big Buddy.

I would try the bath before bed... but I never seem to get a chance to have a bath much in the evening, what with the kids and hols. Plus, it's a pain in the arse getting in and out of the damn thing !!! Will try tonight though, and see if it works

I know how you feel hun. Im up between 4-5 times a night either needing a wee or with cramp in my legs. I just wish i could have a full nights sleep.

I only have 4 weeks left to work so hopefully it wont be to bad when i dont have to get up and get ready to go in to office and can stay in bed all day !!

It's so frustrating isn't it

I really feel for you if you're starting with the good old SPD It's not nice to have at any level.

Poor you. I have heartburn and same wee problems which i thought were bad but no SPD. That sounds really painful. Does that go once baby is born?

It's supposed to, and does with the majority of women. But it can take a few months of physio, and core strengthening exercise before the pain eases.
