So, I was just remembering what it feels like to go through labor w/and w/out epidurals, and remembered that with all my babies, I have back labor. I am pretty much hoping I can deliver this one naturally, but I have chronic kidney stones, and usually develop them when pg. Back labor tends to squeeze my kidneys and cause serious pain. I was wondering how many of you ladies who have had babies before have had back labor?

I think mine was, is it all pain in the back instead of the tummy?
I think I found it alot easier with back pain, more bearable but I don't have problems with Kidney stones.
Also I am a bit of a baby when it comes to tummy pain, dunno why I just seem to be able to cope better with back pain xxx

Yeah, you feel all the contractions in the back, even though you are contracting in your tummy as well. It stinks for me b/c I don't handle it as well as tummy contractions. Oh well, I guess I just have to live with it (or die trying huh?).
