I just got back from my MW appointment this morning, i was booked in for a sweep...it seems i have a steel cervix it was tightly closed and she couldn't even reach it to pull it forward (TMI?!).

Last night i had to go to hospital because Lumpy wasn't moving as much as she should have and her heart rate dropped a few times so we had to stay there for 4hours!

So now....i have to go back to hospital on Sunday for Lumpy to be monitored and another sweep (fingers crossed something actually happens this time), if that fails then i am booked in for induction on Tuesday but they don't want me to go in until 8pm?! Why so late?
Apparently i will be given a pessary to try and start things off but they make you wait 6hours and you can't leave hospital!! Then they might try it again and wait another 6hours!!

My MW said worst case scenario bubs won't be here till Friday next week!!

Its soo depressing, i just want her out already everytime i think about it all it makes me wanna cry.....oh and to top it all off i have a bladder infection!

Sorry for whining, but i needed a good rant and you girls are soo good at listening.

(On another note, you cal your bubs Lumpy, that's what my OH calls ours!!! I thought it was a Bulgarian thing, as in he couldn't think of another English word to use so got lumbered with Lumpy! I may have to let him off now!)

Thanks ladies, its so nice to rant off in here. I hate feeling upset all the time especially around hubby i feel bad because he will worry about me, then i feel guilty...rarr...pregnancy hormones suck !!
