Im so upset Iv had such a bad day i just wanna go to sleep and not wake up untill tomorrow.

My midwife never turned up for our apointment this morning (second time this has happend) and she doesnt get back to any messages iv left. But thought o well forget it.

I was happy because me and my OH were going to pick up our pram today. We already had a few problems with the store about having the pram in stock and being told different things ect. So decided to call them before going all the way to the shop just to make sure it was in stock. Lady on the phone said it was in stock. So we went all the way to the store only to find out.. It was meant to be delivered to store today but wasnt and isnt going to be in for another 2weeks. So i had a little moan because they have messed us around so much already. Then i spilt ribena all down my white top so wasnt in a very good mood!

Then.. trying to calm down in the car on the way home.. Stopped at a very busy roundabout and BANGGG some idiot smashed into the back of us. Sending our car flying forward and a big lorry nearly hit us. And i just burst out crying ! My OH was going mad because he just put new alloys on his car and this meant his insurance is actually invalid untill he rang them to declare the mods. So he cant make any claims.. Thank god there is only abit of damage to the bumper, the other car looked worse.

I was going to go to tesco but i dont want to leave the house now! Im obviously having one of those days where nothing goes right! Im sorry this is long i just had to say something or i think im going to scream the house down!

Thanks. Good idea too, I think i might ask my OH to go and get me some icecream from the shop!

stay in, stay in - don't move!!!! It's not worth the stress to leave the house!

If it's any consolation, my midwife is as much use as a chocolate teapot as well! I'd deffo complain!

Is there any chance of changing midwife, i know its a bit late but if my midwife didnt trun up twice in a row and didnt return my messages i'd feel silly to leave it till an emergency arises and she still isnt there. Its crucial that she be there for you. As for mothercare i hope they gave you vouchers! i know if that had happened my OH would have been ranting till they compensated us somehow.

lie in and watch a nice movie with ice cream.. mmm... might do that myself now
