| contactions after *ahem* ok so last night after DTD I was getting quite strong braxton hicks, they were really uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep becuase of them, they stopped eventually. I remember reading that its because an orgasm causes your uterus to contract . Does anyone else get contractions after DTD ?
I started to panic think omg what if it sends me into labour and I have nothing prepared the baby stuff is all over our bedroom atm and I dont even have a hospital bag packed just incase! I know I'll go overdue like with my first I have a feeling, but I suppose I should get a bag packed just incase! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | DTD started me off in labour with DD, but i was full term. I don't think it starts you off unless your body is ready!! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | As Masi has said, usually it's when your cervix is ready and softened it 'may' bring on labour.
I had a few times when I had BH after and lasted a wee while. I put it off because I was worried, and it was a good excuse for the days I was shattered lol. |

me thinks lots of sex is on the cards when Im full term though, wether it is uncomfortable or not! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I read in one of my books that havin an orgasm its like ur uterus giving the baby a hug lol!!! But it does feel wierd - av bin scared of doin it in case it starts the contractions off and told oh its off the menu till bout 37 weeks ha! But have also had cervical erosions (i think! always get it wrong) which makes me bleed after sex - only in pregnancy - so not really bin doin much anyways!! |
