Nursing Bras

Just wondering, if you have any personal experience of this...about how much bigger in size does a nursing bra have to be (or come to think of it, any bra at this stage lol)? I'm still wearing the size I was before I was pregnant but it's getting a wee bit tight now (38G), I was thinking of getting a couple of 40H...seen some reasonably priced ones somewhere...but would one size bigger be alright or should I go for the next size up? Sooo confused and don't know what would be best

why dont u go marks and sparks or something and just get measured. Its best to do that , because they'll be able to tell u what will support u and what space u will need for your milk to fill upw hen baby comes etc ... I went there yesterday !

I would do as Pearl suggested, i went to Marks and Sparks to get measured, although they do recommend waiting until at least 37wks before getting measured for a nursing bra. Its really hard to guess yourself what size to get. ( I thought i had only gone up one size, i'm pretty small was an A before but got measured and i'm now a D! )

If you want cheap comfy maternity bra's....i found some non-wired bra's in asda they are only £5 each and i have worn them my entire pregnancy....very comfy!!

Yeah I found marks and spencers to be good.

I like you, did not have a clue but wanted to get some nursing bras as i plan to breast feed and i thought they might be comfortable to wear now.

So i went to m&s a few wks back who advised me not to get fitted for a nursing bra untill 37-38 weeks. But i did buy a comfy maternity bra from there and its readl pretty.

As for the nusing bras m&s do a twin pack one white and one black for £25 so im gonna go back in a few wks.

i didn't have the bottle to go get measured properly, become to body concious - didn't know that it was recommended at 37 weeks tho neway. I just went up a size from a 34 to 36, and kept the same cup. Mine r from mothercare

I went up 1 size before I bought a nursing bra, so then I bought the next size up again.

So I'm normally a F, I bought an H lol.
